With 21 years of real estate experience in one of the country’s most sought-after areas—Denver, Boulder, and the Front Range, Becky provides unmatched market knowledge and extraordinary service, whether you are looking to sell or buy a home.  If you are seeking a Realtor who is local, with extensive experience in this Colorado market, then Becky is the one.  She moved to Boulder as a teenager which gives her a true understanding of the market, housing inventory and local amenities.   As a result, she is able to offer invaluable insider guidance.  Currently, she is living in Denver and is remodeling a home—one of her passions!  As your agent, she will always put your needs first with unfailing integrity, and discretion and prides herself on not being your typical real estate broker.  She is ready to listen to the most important person in the room---YOU!

Becky’s negotiation skills are polished and accomplished; her abilities far more extensive than most in the industry.  She has formal training in negotiations, and she has managed a portion of the nation’s largest real estate portfolio while negotiating million-dollar leases and contracts in several large metro areas.  Becky has the business acumen and persistence to get her client to the closing table.  Her use of Compass’s extensive suite of marketing and research tools, both global and domestic, online and in print provides the complete package for all price points and any type of property.  Whether a client is looking to buy a horse property, sell a condo, or make a land investment, Becky prefers to do business the way her clients do by offering the highest level of professionalism and efficient service to achieve fantastic results.

Since 1996 Becky has purchased and remodeled several of her own properties in the Boulder/Denver area and has a personal understanding of what buyers and sellers go through in the process.  While she loves every aspect of buying and selling homes, she especially enjoys helping a client dream about how to prepare the home for a sale, getting her clients to the closing table, and everything in between. 

Becky is an accomplished equestrian and enjoys riding her Arabian horse.  She has participated in horse shows with her Arabian horses, competitive trail rides with her Quarter Horses and is currently learning the Art of Horsemanship.  Becky’s other passion is playing tennis. From riding in horse competitions, to running marathons, to playing tennis and rafting the Grand Canyon numerous times, she knows perseverance, discipline and drive.  It is these skills and characteristics you want in your Real Estate Broker.

Becky has earned a degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and an Executive MBA from Colorado State University.
